Terms and conditions
Registration:
Registration is done by filling out and submitting the registration form. The number of participants is limited. After registration you will receive a ticket by e-mail. This also serves as confirmation of registration. Possible costs for accommodation and further catering are to be paid by the participants themselves.
Participation fee:
The seminar fee is due before the start of the seminar. Payment will be made by the means of payment selected in the registration (PayPal, Credit Card, Invoice). If the minimum number of participants for the selected workshop is not reached, we will inform you by e-mail. In this case, we will refund the participation fees.
Cancellation conditions/seminar cancellation:
Cancellation of a registration must always be announced in writing. For this purpose, please send an e-mail to conference@vuejs.de. Cancellation is only possible if the vacant seat is filled by a replacement participant provided by you. Otherwise, the full seminar fee must be paid. For this purpose, please include the first and last name of the replacement participant in your message.
If the seminar is cancelled by the organizer for organizational reasons or as a result of force majeure (e.g. illness of the speaker, failure to reach the minimum number of participants), the seminar fee will be refunded. The organizer shall not be liable for futile expenses or other disadvantages incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation. Further claims of the participant are excluded.
Changes in the program
We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop program.
Data protection
Each participant agrees to the electronic storage of his or her data. A passing on to third parties is excluded.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for the loss, damage or destruction of the participant's belongings in connection with the implementation of the seminar, unless this is due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or other events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, lockouts, traffic disruptions, orders of domestic or foreign governmental authorities) or due to technical malfunctions, e.g. of the EDP system, which are not culpably caused by us. Each participant bears full responsibility for himself and his actions inside and outside the workshop and is responsible for any damage caused.
